Chicago Snaps: Courtland St. Bridge

A very different river crossing from the last one, this bridge seems a very good fit for its neighborhood, the Industrial Corridor that runs along the river, west of Lincoln Park. I want to explore here further because the 19th century style ironwork* really appeals to me and the contrast of heavy manufacturing within sight of the Loop high rise area (just off camera to the right) is very satisfying.

*The date on the bridge is actually 1901, American Bridge Company
